A : Communication and Planning

• Collect information regarding to the online shopping website.
• Manage the information we have obtained and plan for our website design
• Cosider the sources, idea, cost, features of the website and so on.

B : Modeling

• Analyze the website interface that we are going to decide.

C : Construction

• Start creating our actual online shopping website with the coding part.
  
• test the program/code whether it can work properly or not.

D : Deployment

• online shopping website released and delivered to the customer to use
  
• feedback getting from them for improvement of our website
• changes of the website will be made according to the customer requested
  

The Process model we have decided to use is the incremental model. We have chosen this model it is because we feel that it is suitable for our team to complete this online shopping website project . Since our team only consist of several members, by using this model it make us more easier to manage the technical risks. Besides this, we wanted our website to be released phases by phases and getting feedback from the customer to improve whatever requested or commented from the customer so we can make the shopping website more handy for them. So by using this model, we can get what our team planned to do, which is enable customer to see our website very soon and used it. So we can very soon getting feedback from them to make improvement to our website.
